This build is good at getting damage and staying hidden. It is possible to switch camo net to binoculars to get more spotting, but less camo when moving around.

7.5% increase to the vehicle's camouflage factor.
Situational Awareness
6% increase to max view range.
Expert Gunner
6% increase to chance of damaging enemy crew and modules with non-HE shells. 25% decrease to the effect that distance has on shell penetration ability.

Active at all times. Does not stack with Camouflage Net.

Camouflage Net
Vehicle must remain stationary for 3 seconds to activate. Does not stack with Improved Concealment.

Active Use: Instantly repair all modules Passive Boost: -15% repair time
Med Kit
Active Use: Instantly heal all crew members Passive Boost: -20% chance to crew receiving damage
Fire Suppressor
Active Use: Extinguish ALL fires 10 seconds fire suppression Passive Boost: -20% chance of internal fire
Notes
Using enhanced medkit and enhanced rations is almost always better, but you have to have the silver to do so. This setup is a compromise.
